There were two more passengers in a given section, from which one of them left her cellphone in the car, so I returned the phone to her immediately (I know how does it feel..) after my certain passenger agreed.
During the road, there were road constructions in some places, so, unfortunately, I managed to reach the destination 40 minutes later. I am really sorry for the delay!
But how I see the problem was that my passenger did not clarify his needs at all to me, so I did not know, that he had a meeting. 
When we arrived, he did not want to pay for the journey. I felt misled, because i had no idea about his programmes, so my advice for upcoming journeys is that please talk to the driver, if you have some meeting ahead.
