Antwort auf die Bewertung: "Delivery of five boxes with beverages from a producer in Budapest to a customer in Györ. At the end the delivery was successful, which is what matters. However, some points to notice for future reference: I picked up the boxes at the producer's site the day before, despite it being far from the point of departure given in my ad. I informed the producer that the site of the customer is not approachable by car (it is in the middle of a pedestrian zone) when picking up the boxes and proposed an alternative meeting point. I was given the name and phone number of a representative of the customer and was asked to clarify the details with him. At the day of delivery, said representative was not available, did not pick up the phone and did not call back (only 1,5 hours later, when the boxes had alreadx been delivered. It turned out, he did not know about the delivery). Thus everything had to be managed with the producer in Budapest. At the end, a friendly representative of the customer could take delivery of the boxes at an alternative location."
