"Well it’s unfortunate that the first time I was running late I booked a driver who is impatient, I was 5mins late and it wasn’t on purpose because I got lost finding my way to Keleti P. where he’s meant to pick me but he didn’t reply my first text message and also decided to not extend any grace period to me even though I had informed him way before time about my situation. I think that’s was so unfair because I would understand if I was more than 15mins late but that wasn’t the case. He should learn to give a little grace period because we sometimes go through situation that we can’t control. "

You do can control the situation, if you leave your place on time, as the other two passenger and myself did it. Everybody was on Keleti before 18.00, except you. If you travel by plane, or train, will give a negative feedback because they leave on time and you late?
You should learn to respect to other passengers and my time, and not expect to others will louse time because of your fault.
If you're planing your arrive next time before 10 min. to start, you will be there on time for sure..."

Antwort auf die Bewertung: "Az Oszkáron megadott számot hívtam, amit valami rokona vett fel és közölte, hogy az utas (azaz Ön) mégsem utazik, valamint elmondott mindenféle köcsögnek, buzinak, mert felhívtam fél órával indulás előtt a megadott számon!!!
